Return Policy

We want every Mutual Optical partner to be confident in their order. Eligible frames may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and cases included.

Exchanges for a different model or color are subject to availability. If the replacement frame differs in price, the balance will be charged or credited to your account accordingly.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you receive a frame that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 business days of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items and ship a replacement at no additional charge. Photos of the affected products help us process your claim faster.

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include custom or special-order frames, clearance and final-sale merchandise, products showing signs of wear or use, and any item missing its original packaging, case, or tags.

Prescription lenses cut or fitted to a customer's specifications are also non-returnable unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping items back. Requesting an RA helps us track your return and apply credit to the correct account.

To request authorization, contact our wholesale support team with your order number and the models you wish to return. Returns received without an RA number may be delayed or refused.

For standard returns and exchanges, the partner is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Mutual Optical provides a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or applied as account credit, typically within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is the result of our error. Restocking fees, if applicable, will be communicated at the time your RA is issued.
